About

Fiona Tang's personal photos

I have lived in France for almost ten years. I first came here to study, and over time photography became the work I truly loved.

★ Based in Nice ★ Portraits, couples, proposals ★ Route and light planned together

I first came to France to study, from undergraduate years through my master’s degree. I was learning a new language, a new city and a new way of living, and slowly realized that photography was the work I kept returning to.

I love the blue sky, sea breeze, white clouds and Mediterranean sun of the South of France. I also love the way people soften during a trip. For me, photography is about placing you in a real setting while keeping your own mood, character and relationship intact.

You do not need to arrive knowing how to pose. My job is to read the light, notice your rhythm and give clear guidance when you need it.

I try to balance softness and precision. The image should have beautiful light and a French Riviera atmosphere, while the people in it still feel like themselves.

Years later, I hope the photos help you remember not only that the day was beautiful, but that you felt present, free and seen.

Natural, soft and guided

I won't turn you into someone else

Many clients feel a little awkward in front of the camera at first, and that is completely okay.

I will give clear, natural guidance to help you find the right light, location and movement, while still keeping the photos relaxed and true to you.

Whether you are traveling alone, celebrating by the sea or planning a quiet proposal, I want the images to bring you back to that moment.

working method

Relaxed, clear and taken care of

Many people come to the South of France for photos without knowing where to go, how to stand or whether the session will feel awkward. Fiona’s role is to guide you into the right light, pace and rhythm.

Talk through the unknowns before the session

You do not need a complete plan from the start. Share the date, location, session type and feeling you prefer, and Fiona will help clarify timing, route, outfits and useful details.

Gentle guidance, with room to be natural

If you are not used to being photographed, Fiona will guide movement and position clearly. If you prefer candid moments, she will also step back and preserve the expressions that happen naturally.

A clear delivery process

After the session, Fiona selects, color grades and lightly retouches the images. You receive high-resolution JPG files within the agreed timeline, with any extra edits or arrangements discussed separately.
